„Very pleasant stay with helpful, welcoming and efficient staff. Very central location, too.”Booking.com The great choice on the breakfast bar.
The generator on the roof kicking in every now and then. (I was on the fifth floor.) Probably, this is necessary in order to top up the header tank to ensure adequate water pressure throughout the hotel. Ear plugs worked!

"Comfortable Friendly Hotel In Jewish District"TripAdvisor It was our first time in Krakow and as we arrived at the hotel (one door away from the kontrabas bar) in a street full of parked cars, in the rain, this did not seem to be a good idea for a five day break, so we quickly offered the airport transfer driver a tip for the journey and moved indoors to check in. From this point onward, everything changed. All the hotel reception staff were very pleasant and spoke excellent English and would always assist when called upon for information, directions, places to eat etc. We stayed in room 402 on the fourth floor, reached quickly by the only lift in the hotel. The room was at the front of the building overlooking the main street and comprised one double and two single beds with fridge/satellite TV/air con/bathroom c/w shower and free Wi-Fi capability. Our board was B&B only, so time in the room was minimal only for washing & sleeping etc. It was very clean, roomy but basic in decor and fittings. The self service continental breakfast on offer was full of choice ranging from meats, cheeses, pancakes, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts etc etc and was excellent. The restaurant was kept clean with some background music playing and plenty of tea/coffee on hand for the early morning starters at 7-00am. The weather had now quickly turned from rain to heat and sunshine which remained for the next three days of our stay, taking in trips to Auschwitz and to the nearby salt mines. Other places of interest were the main square in Krakow, taking in the cloth hall, the market, St Mary's Church and plenty of retail for the spendaholics. The castle is worth a look around for a morning or so, which is easily within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The places to eat are numerous and as anywhere else whilst on holiday its all down to personal choice, but we were not disappointed with any of the cafes, bars or restaurants we visited and we did Polish food, Italian food and more Polish food. All good value for money, nice staff and with varied menus. The bills for three of us having main courses each, two rounds of drinks(beers & juices), desserts and coffees to finish was around 240/250 polish zloty, about £42.00. Worth a mention are the Coffee House (21 Miodowa) & The Sasiedzi restaurant (25 Miodowa) 100m or so down the street from the hotel and The Wierzynek restaurant in the Krakow main square. As usual, did not have enough time to see everything but the four stars go to the hotel for a comfortable stay, in a quiet suburban street location with very pleasant staff and the best breakfast ever, especially the cherry jam..... awesome.

„Nice place for a short stay”Booking.com Small rooms but OK for short stays. All rooms are NON SMOKING that is a huge disadvantage especially in the winter!
Good location in a quiet street. Very clean. Renovated rooms and bathrooms. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Tea/coffee facilities in the rooms :)

„i don't want to publicize this hotel, i want it all to myself!!”Booking.com This is my second Christmas at this hotel. Superb value for money. Staff are charming and most helpful. Breakfast is superb. Lots of local restaurants where you can escape from the busy centre, all at very reasonable prices. Only 20 mins walk from the square.

Cena niewygórowana, a Kraków w zasięgu ręki :-).

Poszanowanie tradycji, cisza, spokój, dyskretna i kulturalna obsługa. Respektowanie dziedzictwa i specyfiki dzielnicy Kazimierz.

"great for short stay"TripAdvisor Had another excellent stay at Hotel Kazimierz as always staff friendly and helpful. Kazimierz has a load of bars and restaurants nearby making it an excellent base for a break in Krakow. It is only a 20minute leisurely stroll to the main square and castle. Only complaint I have is that there was a wedding reception on the Saturday night and we had room 05 and my wife found it difficult getting to sleep because of the noise (it went on past 03.00 hrs). the room could also do with new mattresses on the bed. Ask for a room away from function room if there is a wedding on!!

HRS I couldn't have been more happy with this hotel; the staff were wonderful, the rooms while simple were comfortable and very clean, and we were centrally located allowing us to walk EVERYWHERE we wanted to see in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione abbondante, un pranzo praticamente, variegata e ricca, dolce, salato e frutta. Lo consiglio

"Great Hotel in Central Location."TripAdvisor This was our first visit to Krakow, Poland. We stayed at the Hotel Kazimierz at the end of May 2013. The Staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was buffet style and had a good selection. The bedroom was warm and the en suite was nice and modern. The Hotel was in a good location and easy walking distance to the Old Town. There were several nice Restaurants nearby. We can't wait to return to the Hotel Kazimierz in Krakow!
